I love this luminous pink watch not only for it’s colour, but mainly for the reason it looks like it’s made from strawberry bubble gum.
The NYTimesMachine can take you back to any issue of The New-York Daily Times. Spanning from September 18th 1851 December 30th 1922. For example here is Lincoln’s Assassination and The Sinking of the Titanic.

A set of beautifully intricate, laser engraved natural wood skateboard decks by Piotr Woronkowicz. These are so nice that you’d stop skating on them in case they got ruined.

This delightful packaging design is for Bee Raw, a honey that is made from single variety of flower. This simplicity is reflected in it the minimalist design and can be purchased in jars or ‘test tube’ tasters.

I don’t understand what the point of this is, but it’s quite fun and well done. it’s also still a pleasure to watch MJ before he became a mess. You can find out more at White Glove Tracking.

It’s great to be a world champion in anything, but how many other people you’d have to compete against in a category such as ‘Latte Art’? Still, Jack Hanna, 2007 World Latte Art Champion is a talented guy, if Latte Art is your thing.
Suddenly bone breaking falls and ligament snapping crashes seem so much funnier when the victim is dressed up as an 8ft Dinosaur.

Although I can appreciate the lateral thinking involved in rethinking the motocycle, but this is a bit too much. I think someone has been playing with his Centurion Power X-treme Toys again.

Artist Erik Nordenankar had DHL send a GPS-tracked package 70,000 miles on a careful route to create the world's largest drawing. See pictures and a video here.

I’m not sure this is cruel or funny....probably both. Find out more on the Inner City Snail Blog.

Scott Hobbs has come up with a new form of turntable as a part of a project called Sensing Sounds. He’s taken the record and traditional turntable out of the equation and has replaced them with two touch sensitive screens that gives you a visual of the waveform the music is creating.

I thought it was just 80’s style collage work at first, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. La Camorra’s use of colour and ability to provide consistently interesting solutions to flyer design, posters, websites and animation is refreshing and compelling.

A lovely chunky font appropriately named Toast by Radomir Tinkov who has also created RTS, another nice, slightly more futuristic chunky beast. I only wish they were available to download.

The portfolio of Mr Toledano is packed with great work. Hope and Fear involves bizarre body morphing shots like ‘Baby Suit’ above. I personally enjoyed his Bankrupt set of abandoned offices after their business went...well out of business.

Apparently these guys built a huge boulder from over 5 million Lego bricks and then made their friend dress up as Indy and run from it. I can smell a viral ad, especially when you see the multiple camera angles and production quality.

Now you can eat chocolate knowing exactly how much calories it has in it. However what would’ve been better would’ve been the equivalent of exercise you’d have to do to work it off.

Zingy new Adidas sneakers complete with Brazilianesque colourscheme. $65 from Dr Jays in the Spring Sale.
I’ve just been looking through the astonishing ‘Earth from the Air’ by Yann Arthus Bertrand again. It was a wedding gift from my old creative partner and friend Bertos. I was blown away by this image of a nature reserve in France, just one of hundreds of phenomenal images that never get old and are essential viewing.

Cracked has got a list of scientists who have put their lives on the line in the name of science. Don’t expect these guys to wear lab coats and goggles in the lab, they’re too busy becoming human bullets, soaking their brains in LSD and stabbing themselves in the heart.

With their offbeat colorways and swirling psychedelic imagery, it isn't any wonder that Paul Smith snatched up design duo Joe and Gerry Simboli's Zodiac posters and used them in his collections awhile back.
